Introducing the Juris Liquidation Vault 🏦
Liquidations don’t have to be scary. They can be an opportunity.We’re turning the Juris liquidation engine i nto a retail-facing savings product.
Instead of liquidations being handled only by bots or whales, users will be able to deposit capital into the vault. When liquidations occur, the vault automatically participates and captures discounted collateral.
What this means:
• Users earn yield from liquidation events
• Liquidation liquidity is crowdsourced
• The protocol always has capital ready
• Risk of bad debt is dramatically reduced
Depositors receive vault shares representing their pro-rata ownership of the liquidation inventory and profits generated from the engine.
The result is a system where:
borrowers get safer lending markets
liquidators get automated access to opportunities
the protocol maintains healthy collateralization
and the community participates directly in the liquidation layer.
This is one of the key mechanisms ensuring Juris lending markets remain robust and resilient once live.
