With all due respect to sensibilities, the mocking didn't come first. Voices in defence of animal rights will do well to be reasonable instead of pulling out daggers and longs as a knee-jerk reaction. Yes, a dog is man's best friend, even better than humans in many respects, but the stray menace is very real and needs to be addressed.

I have been chased by stray dogs thrice. It's a nightmare. Still have PTSD. I feel the activists will have a different perspective if a close friend or family member suffers the same plight. Love for wildlife and animals does not equal to getting chased and bitten by strays. It's a complex issue with no easy answers. Individual attitudes towards stray animals can be quite diverse, and finding a consensus or effective solutions may require collaborative efforts among local communities, animal welfare organizations, and governmental bodies.

If you have a 4 wheeler at home - Always use that for state/national highways - Pollution, fuel efficiency & parking headache is far lesser as compared to have a loved one dead - Your life’s value is zero, you are on your own - Drop your kids to the tuition, if he/she is 18, buy them a Alto/Comet/Tiago or prefer Ola/Uber or hire a driver If you ride a two wheeler - Stay motivated & work hard to afford a car someday - Wear a helmet/turban - Stay extreme left while riding - Never remove your rear view mirrors & always look at it even for a slight lane/line change - Prefer streets instead of roads even if takes longer - Be watchful about the potholes & balance when you have a bigger vehicle around - Keep recommended pressure in your tyres to avoid sudden puncture which could imbalance your vehicle at a wrong moment - Ensure that your tail lamp works at night without applying a brake
