4) Clinicians need more high-quality training on integrated working 👩‍🏫 Training time for clinicians should be funded and protected while there should be more opportunities for job rotations. More disciplines should be given independent prescribing rights.

1) Structures running the health service must be optimised 🏥 Elected local government officials should be allowed to chair the boards which run ICSs and the Government should give an update on its plan for single accountable officers to run local health services.
