This judge makes multiple fatal errors in law. One error is saying the man is treated as an attorney, despite every constitution securing his right to plead in simplicity (“due process of law”). Striking things from the record after characterizing them as gobbled gook also shows deprivation of that right. Howdy yall. For those following the stories I’ve been posting about child sexual predators in Oregon. Here are some things you need to know. Oregon democrats have done away with posting mugshots. They also release folks that shouldn’t be released, pending trial and early releases. They give extremely lenient sentences to horrific crimes, especially against children. In addition to these things they are backlogged 30+k on the sex offender registry. It could take over a year, at the least, to get these people on the registry, which the Dems are trying to do away with all together. What does that mean?!?! These guys are walking around free as can be and others having NO awareness of their crimes. They are around schools, shopping centers, you name it. These guys move in next door to you, they are delivering your packages, your door dash, they are everywhere and you don’t have a clue! Some get told to stay 100 feet from a school but come one, when was the last time you had a criminal “follow the rules”. Heck, in Oregon they collaborate with the Republican Party. This is not a single sided issue. It is a BOTH SIDES issue. What can you do to help or get involved? SPEAK UP. Share court docs, share posts, share names, share photos. But for the love of god and for the children SPEAK UP! You could save a child from a lifetime of violation, despair, physical harms, and ongoing mental/emotional health issues. If I had the chance to talk to Justice Thomas I would ask him if the people still have the power to alter reform or abolish government. I would further question what that looks like according to the constitution minus any legislative considerations. I would point out how laws are made by congress. (Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,) I would show that simply replacing the house and senate in this phrase above to the people would also be in constitutional form. The people do have a right to assemble, and To alter reform or abolish government. That assembly of people could write an enactment because they hold the power of law. Imagine this: Be it enacted by the People of the United States of America assembled, to and for their common good and happiness alter, the legislature to include all bills passed be first reviewed for evidence that the legislature was instructed to prepare such legislation as to verify it be the will of the people and not the arbitrary wish of government.
