🥬Wow, the lettuce has been growing amazingly in our tower! Crop Club enjoyed tasting them. We will be delivering some to Home Economics soon @LornshillHE

Very pleased to be featured in The Herald for our Crop Club using the hydroponic growth tower from FEL Scotland! 😁🌱

S3 Biology enjoyed comparing tinned and fresh pineapple on the breakdown of jelly. 🍍 Did you know that the tinning process involves heat, so the enzymes will be denatured? (This means it won’t breakdown the jelly) Great results, well done!
