Is someone you care about not acting like themselves? If you’re worried about them, the best thing that you can do is to trust your instincts and speak up! Remember you don’t have to do it alone. Reach out to a trusted adult, call or text the Suicide Crisis Lifeline at 988.

Instead of saying “committed suicide,” say “died by suicide.”
