A 'safe zone' used for military purposes is no longer a safe zone. Sinwar and his ilk are documented using camps, hospitals, mosques, schools and even UNRWA buildings for their terrorist activities. That’s complete bullshit. It’s a tiny percentage of Palestinians who are responsible for 10/7. Even on the higher end of estimations, Hamas had at most 50,000 fighters. There are 2 million plus people in Gaza.
