@LothianBB how hard is it to fix a problem without opening yet another ticket been doing this for months now. Even better actually just get someone to come to the property and sort it as clearly you don't call people back or fix issues over the phone even months down the line!!

@Orlando_in_Scot @LothianBB Strange we have had no landline since October since moving to lothian bb and all we get is they will raise a ticket and its supposed to have been raised to the highest level months ago with no resolution. So wish we'd just stayed with out old provider. Rubbish service

@LothianBB Just a pity you can't get my landline sorted so I can be connected properly after weeks of waiting opening 3 or more tickets, no communication at all unless I chase for it and even then still no answer maybe its time to go to trading standards or similar about it all
