@MikesRarePlants @PlantsFairs I think this may have some perantage from P virginiana Painters Pallet as there are some faint red chevrons on the leaves. Our P virginiana variegata is pure green and cream

I believe this is persicaria virginiana variegata ? What a great plant , and yes those red specs on the stems are very small flowers , thanks Wayne 👍

After the @RHSWisley #greenhouse the #TOPC visited the #Herbarium housed in the #Hilltop building, where theY miticulously stored 90,000 cultivated plant specimens (only another 350,000 to go!).

We’ve only gone and got a gold medal at Chelsea for showing exotic plants 🥇 and a cultural certificate for a well grown Boemeria. Thanks to everyone who has helped us and supported us. We are genuinely humbled

@LouDowle @GWandShows @stevenedney4 That’s the best bit about gardening isn’t it, it’s never static and boring, and so quickly we forget how it looked previously, which I think to a degree is good, because then we’re less ‘in control’ it can do its own bit of creating, alongside ours- partnership 😁
