@_MissieBee @TeacherTapp I’m in KS1 for the first time in ten years and I have no reuseable resources for continuous provision for writing area and phonics. It pains me but I’m having to laminate to try and reduce paper. However also am using reusable wipe pouches too.

Nearly 40% laminating something still really shocks me? Just THIS WEEK? SURELY the majority of these things don’t NEED to be laminated 😭 ⁦@TeacherTapp⁩

Year 1 is very different to Year 3. Drawing self portraits today 2 children asked me to sharpen a purple pencil for colouring their face and another drew herself in a puppy mask 😆

@DeputyGrocott Ah my husband is from Tavistock! Such a gorge part of the world. Tamar Trails is a nice place for a walk/cycle. The aquarium in Plymouth is good if you want to travel that far and have little people . Would recommend the gin tour too if not with little people!

We’re heading here in the summer. Last year it was gloriously hot so most of our time was spent in Bude. Probably not going to get lucky again. Best places to visit on a sunny/not so sunny day?
