Important to talk about the findings from our Bee the Difference research, which explored support services for young people after the Manchester arena attack to inform future service provision. I sincerely hope that lessons have been learned.

Today, we remember the 36th anniversary of the Lockerbie bombing, when Pan Am Flight 103 was brought down over the Scottish town of Lockerbie. 270 lives were lost in this devastating terror attack, and its impact is still deeply felt. Our thoughts are with the families, friends, and all those affected as they continue their journey of healing ❤️

I hope that additional resources for child and adolescent mental health are offered to Southport and not just for a few months. We know from the Manchester Arena attack that support needs to be compassionate, flexible and validates the experiences of all those who feel impacted.
