Is it honest to obfuscate the license terms of your software with trademark laws?

My apologies to anyone who is pissed at me about TMs (and just TMs). I guess we have different definitions of "free software."

Intellectual property inherits the GPL when distributed as part of the program.

@chrislema Also note: first thing I did when TM issues were brought to my attention was to take site down temporarily.

@chrislema I understand what the GPL means. I don't infringe on copyrights. TM usage was ill-considered, I admit.

@chrislema Yeah, I made a slip with the trademarks. I get that and am correcting the issue.
