Great point, thought I would share what each of our pitchers get at Ranger.
Our programming is easily the best and most effective of any JC in Texas, and I am grateful for @AlbertusIV for the consultation & dialogue with our guys weekly to get problems solved faster 🤝

Each player should have an individual throwing program. Program should be under the supervision of a physical therapist. In 2012, my son's (10 grade) went to a physical therapist, Phillip Donnelly, in Westchester, Pa. Mr. Donnelly was the founder of the west Chester athletic training program in 1965. And was probably instrumental helping players at @BaseballWcu . My son was never hurt in high school because he had a detailed plan of what to use, how to use and when to use. Build up is one thing. Maintenance is different. Players need to check in at least 3 times per year to get inspected. No different than a car inspection every x miles. Even during the season.
