@SusieM414141 Not every child is the same. It's DNA, it's adults not making kids suffer consequences for their bad actions, or a combination of the 2. What's irritating is parents of kids w/behavioral problems getting mad when stranger adults don't know what 2 do when 1st confronted w/them.

What is the root cause? A school had to call the cops to help with a student who had lost control. He was being reckless and acting out toward them. So what causes a child to act this way? Is it poor parenting or a broken home? He sure does have a potty mouth. Part 2 and 3 in comments below.
