Imagine placing an order and 3 items were missing, you provide 3 photos proving it and they still won’t refund you £8.40 you’re owed. when I request which location of supermarket it came from (as we have 2 in my town) so I could get my own refund @Deliveroo couldn’t provide it!

@virginmedia After 48hours of trying I got through this morning and was told a engineer would call me within 4 hours, that was 5hours and 45 minutes ago. I’m now disgusted with your service and have decided to leave after many years with you! I work from home and need wifi!

@virginmedia I’ve rebooted several times

@virginmedia I’ve done that and it’s saying it can’t do it and directed me to either call or chat online (I’ve don’t the calling before and never get through to anyone human) I did the chat and never got a reply after the bot transferred me to an adviser.
