long‑distance not connecting is peak frustration 😩 Couple quick things to check first: – Make sure both of you are on the latest version of the Lovense Remote app – Turn Bluetooth off/on – Fully close and reopen the app – If one of you is on WiFi, try switching to mobile data (or vice versa) If it’s still acting up, DM me what device you’re using + your phone type and we’ll troubleshoot it together. We’ll get you back in action.

I’m really sorry that happened. if it’s plugged in and the charging pins stay in contact with metal objects, that can create an unintended connection and potentially cause heat buildup. Please stop using that charger, and DM us. We’d like to look into this properly and help you out

@catgirlthighjob i keep my charger at my desk cuz i have barely any space to store stuff and it somehow found the metal of my monitor stand. when i found it, it left scorch marks on the stand and the charger was a lump of burnt plastic

@LovenseCC Anyone else having issues with the lovense obs toolset today? I am not able to get it to connect via the plug-in on chrome. I reinstalled OBS and the plugin with no luck.

@Lovense webcam 2 and I absolutely love it. It took a lot of work to get my paws on one however, couldn't have it shipped to Canada. Can't find it at any outlet. Amazon didn't have it. I found one on eBay of all places and it took about 1 1/2 month to get to me. But so worth it.

So I have been asked a few times since my model seems to have more fluid movement and especially more expression in the eyes and ear control in the last month. What Camara I use. Up until last month I was using the built in camera of my laptop but now I'm using the 1/2

This is a cry for help because my machine from Lovense isn’t working so I had to contact support 😭 hopefully get sent a new one
