@WeAreOpenreach @Leigh_Catalyse There is no drip loop on this cable, so running the cable like this actually gives any rainfall a direct path into the wall cavity should the silicone I assume has been applied fail or come out.

@Leigh_Catalyse and routing it lower down the wall in this way helps avoid water running along the cable and entering the property. We understand the concern due to it being at ground level, this likely determined due to where the internal connection point was required on the inside of the (2/3)

@bt_uk Disappointed, seems impossible to actually speak with BT customer services. Had to log 'general complaint' form Monday, no response. Openreach engineer installed FTTP, left external cable routing like this - ground level on a High Street pavement. Can you help?
