A case of Porphyria Cutanea Tarda showing a sub-epidermal split with minimal inflammatory infiltrate. There is subepidermal festooning and associated hyalinization of the upper dermal vessels. Scattered Caterpillar bodies on the epidermal side of the split are also seen.

Throwback to the time when our very own @bode_omoleye joined us for grand rounds! Picture overloaded with our past, current and future fellow and of course Dr. Speiser, joined by medical students, and a resident. Too much beauty!
