yu&i was phenomenal I always love seeing yumepiku perform again, but today was also my first time actually seeing i:RεS perform I'm happy to say that they really are another top tier idol group. The Northeast truly has been blessed with so many wonderful new groups this year

Honestly, this weekend was an absolute blast. I’m really glad I made the trip for such a chaotic and busy weekend. One of my favorite parts was surprising all my friends. Their reactions were priceless. I’ll keep this short because otherwise I’ll end up rambling, but thank you to everyone in the East Coast scene for fostering such a wonderful community. You’ve created something vibrant, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be a part of. Yumeiro Picnic is always a good time. Their songs fit my usual tastes perfectly. The Eternal Hoshi J-rock set was incredibly nostalgic and brought back a lot of memories. The YumePiku collaboration stage was so much fun, and the VTuber section with Hyuni and Nene was really enjoyable. Then there were the usual pit shenanigans where everyone was just having a great time. yu&i was incredible. Two amazingly talented groups sharing the stage and giving it their all. You can really tell how much they practiced their own songs and the songs they performed together. The new outfits looked fantastic, and the collaboration section was awesome. It honestly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I’m really glad I got to witness it in person. I do wish the events hadn’t overlapped. I would have loved to see Cupid and Altar Ego as well. But I guess that just means I have to come back, right? I always enjoy coming out here, watching my friends have a great time, seeing idols take the stage, and watching them put on amazing performances. The atmosphere feels so much like a typical underground chika idol event in Japan, and I think that’s something really special. Thank you for making this place feel like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to the next time. I didnt get too many good overall photos.
