@virginmedia is it possible that VM can get any worse. Faulty equipment for 3 wks, multiple calls to the ‘help desk’, a visit from an engineer and and no show from the 2nd engineer.

@virginmedia Call centre put me on hold last night for 30 min so a S/V would deal with it, then a T 10:30 the call ended, I guess they all went home.

@virginmedia During office hours, also call the Help desk, they have no record of the visit. They’ve offered another visit next week. Not good enough.

@virginmedia Called his number 3 times, each time the call was rejected.

@LtdIms @alexanderjbald I'm fairly sure that the 6 figure debt we accrue during university means you did not pay for us to train. In fact the doctors pay for many of the other graduates in the UK to train via our 9% graduate tax. He owes you nothing
