@LuLuHyperQA what exactly is going on with your service? I ordered a laptop through your app to support my kids’ online schooling and it still has not been delivered. Your app does not work properly, there is no real customer support, and when I finally reached someone through WhatsApp the response I received was literally “I think you are looking for something I cannot help you with.” That was the entire support I got. Is this how you treat customers who have already paid for their orders? People deserve to know the reality of this service before trusting it. Completely unacceptable, DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE !

@LuLuHyperQA can you review the payment counter in Alkhor Mall specially on Friday and Saturday. People need to come on Saturday for groceries here but only 3 payment counter are working . Today it taken me 1.5 hr just to pay for my stuff. So sad otherwise we will switch to other
