thanks for the sweet messages people. i’m not ok, i haven’t been for a bit. every time there’s something nice that happens (mimomas, spy drinks, cheeseburgers, etc) something throws me off, and i panic then disassociate. pls know im doing my best to not be a burden to anyone.
