So, who wants to get mad about something else? THEY DO THE SKINNIER WAIST THING FOR GIRLS WITH TRAINING PANTS TOO! When we first started potty-training, WM was out of the girl off-brand pull-ups, so I got the boy ones. We finally got low enough to replenish them and I got the girl ones. Put one on her today, thought it felt harder to pull all the way up, so I checked. Girl training pant is skinnier by more than half an inch.

My wife and I were talking the other day about potential career options for my 15 yrs old daughter who really struggles in school and is likely not college bound/material. For guys it’s easy… Don’t want to go to college, pick a trade or figure something else out such as a police officer, firefighter etc. It’s not as easy for girls. I think she would do well in sales since she is attractive, has the personality and is extremely social (spends hours everyday talking on the phone to all her friends). For parents with daughters who aren’t on the college path…what are some real, high-income career options you’ve seen work?

@megha_lilly 100% agree! There are no young people in the churches either. In the UK we are experiencing a massive Christian revival precisely because the society is on its knees. Young Italians take for granted everything their beautiful country is based on.

One thing that irritates me about Italy is how leftist the young people are. I saw a book shop full of the most Marxist books known to man. These people are so spoilt; the ideas they find “cool” are the very ones that will destroy the very nice society they inherited.

@GregBaldwinIroh Toast must be buttered. While heating the beans on a cooker, not in a microwave, add a few splashes of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce to the beans. Once beans are warm and on buttered toast, crack some black pepper on them.

There should be a ü in English - y has gotten itself a dual role in English where it's both a consonant and a vowel at the same time, and it's very confusing. The language actually needs it. It also needs þ and ð and several other letters while it could stand to lose letters like q and c. But... I don't think that's going to happen, and I'm not sure why people in your circles have started calling Turkey by its Turkish name. None in my circles have done that, they still call it either Turkey or Tyrkiet depending on the language I'm speaking.

I’m an old man and only recently realized that Turkey is now routinely called Türkiye. There is no ‘ü’ in English. Has everybody but me already looked up the pronunciation and memorized it?
