@NewEraAtYork Don't really doubt what you've been told. It seems an odd way of conducting things though. To be honest, if the aim is to send Jason on his way and secrecy was key to getting it done - do the ends justify the means? Possibly. It's the selling to a new owner that would bother me.

This isn't beyond the realms of possibility but wouldn't there be a trust consultation with members about it beforehand? We live in hope I suppose...

@Yorktone We've signed players with experience at a higher level than we're used to recently, plus players that have been player of the year or close to it, with accolades from their previous clubs fans. Mr Askey has us genuinely excited and can't wait for it to start again ❤️💙

Looking at the squad Askey's putting together, and I know we're moving up a division, but bloody hell it feels like we're a proper club on the up again. Challenges ahead no doubt, but genuinely can't wait to see them out on the pitch representing the mighty #ycfc faithful.
