Graduating from Nganya to Long distance is usually a good move, I don’t know why people at Matwana World criticize them. Stable income (40k retainer & 2k mileage, Eastleigh ~ Moyale), a driver can earn 100k in a month comfortably without all the noise & hustling of a Nganya.
