@TonyDaDome It’s so sad how ignorant people are to the history of Hip Hop culture. No respect for its history, so they make asinine comments like this.

You had to start listening to Hip Hop 10 years ago.
Uncle Ruckus II 🇳🇴 🇳🇬@LouisSummer_Jr
JayZ brought POLITICS into music. He ruined music to a lot of extent.
English

@TonyDaDome The writing is better but the songs on Illmatic are amazing
English

@TonyDaDome Tony I agree with you from some extent but for me being late to Hip Hoo in late 95 into 96, this album (ITWW) was incredible. I would never say it’s better than Illmatic but it is incredible
English

Nobody said this in 1996. This became a popular narrative over past 10 yrs online. NAS elevated lyrically & became a overall better MC but as a record, this wasn’t even a conversation until about 2015 & the Illmatic is overrated rhetoric started. IWW was never on ppl Top 10 list.
MUSIC RADAR@musicradarHQ
It Was Written > Illmatic Better production, better structure, better writing.
English

@TonyDaDome I don’t feel the Love Below Speaker Boxx is better but it’s close and debatable
English

@DCM073BX @TonyDaDome I forgot Masta Ace and AZ
English

@TonyDaDome @LucasAinalem For me
Kane
BIG
Jay-Z
Masta Ace.
Ace is probably an unpopular choice but outside of Jay-Z who has consistently dropped more solid albums than Ace.
English

As long as you aren’t disagreeing with Biggie & Jay-Z we good. I know you’re a Jay hater.
Thee Boom Bap Hip Hop/Vinyl Historian #🇺🇸ADOS@Watson3172
I strongly disagree
English

Track for track, “no skips” how many classic albums does Fabolous (@myfabolouslife) have in his catalog❓

English

@16barsgame First was Dr. Dre and LL as kid in the 90s but then. I found out Dre didn’t write his own lyrics and didn’t do much rapping or anything after the first Chronic
English

I’m sorry but you and your Shady/Aftermath/GUnit bias hot takes should never be allowed to tell anyone who should be able to talk about music. Especially Hip-Hop
Quake@QuakeGW
That 50 vs Wayne graphic is grossly inaccurate 😭 whoever the fuck made that needs to never talk about music ever again.
English

@RanWithThePlan @TheOXGod True Kane might be more Iconic but Mankind had the better matches with Taker
English

Can’t believe ppl are saying Mankind. Yall are casuals. Kane and Taker’s rivalry lasted over 2 decades. It was mountains and valleys of brotherly conflict. You had Kane’s debut, 2 Wrestlemania matches, Hell in the Cell, Inferno and Buried Alive matches. it’s not even close
AuxGod@TheOXGodOR
When you break down storytelling, ring psychology, match quality, and believability, Who really was The Undertaker’s greatest rival: Mankind or Kane? There’s No wrong answer
English

@Drect Love Marshall Mathers, Reasonable Doubt and 2001 but I would put these albums on par or over them
It Takes A Nation
Doggystyle
Paid In Full
Death Certificate
Great Adventures of Slick Rick
English

I really enjoyed the interview Jay-Z did but
when he mentions the 4 pillars of Hip Hop and says Battling is the 4th instead of MCing I was confused #JayInterview

I’m not saying Lil Wayne is the best rapper of all time, I’m just saying name one rapper better than him.
