Three former Memphis police officers have been found guilty of various charges in the Tyre Nichols trial. Only Demetrius Haley was guilty of civil rights violations, but a lesser charge that said the force didn’t result in Nichols’ death. commercialappeal.com/story/news/loc…

Views on the effectiveness of the Memphis Safe Task Force shows a large difference between Memphis and the suburbs, according to a poll. But the majority of those polled did not believe immigration enforcement was making Memphis safer. More here: commercialappeal.com/story/news/loc…

Smiley proposes a sub with the sub just being passed out. It basically takes down panel of three to a single arbitrator appointed by council from Smiley's quick explanation of this. Smiley moves it and will then move to delay this three weeks to next council meeting in March.
