De Tweede Kamer heeft de Wet werkelijk rendement Box 3 aangenomen. Dat betekent dat de manier waarop vermogen wordt belast vanaf 2028 mogelijk ingrijpend verandert, en dat raakt ook cryptobeleggers. Belangrijk om te weten: de wet is nog niet definitief. De Eerste Kamer moet er nog over stemmen, naar verwachting vóór eind maart 2026. De kern van het nieuwe stelsel? Belasting wordt straks gebaseerd op het werkelijke rendement, inclusief waardestijgingen op papier. Ook als je niets verkoopt, kun je dus belasting verschuldigd zijn.
