WAIT, JONESY SPENT TWO WEEKS IN THE CIRCUS BECAUSE TWO WEEKS IS CALLED A "FORTNIGHT".
I am dumb.
Also the term doesn't exist in my language.
Fortnite@Fortnite
Out of the circus, right onto the Battle Bus! 💥 Pomni and Jax from The Amazing Digital Circus are joining Fortnite on June 12th.
English

@sharkbiteszz @FocusAintAThing Stuff I'm too lazy to do:
Edit of the Fortnite logo but saying QUINCENA instead.
English

@FocusAintAThing @LuchoComix not exactly, but in spanish we say "quincena" which is 15 days
English

@Zap_TFS @charlieINTEL "Hmmm, this studio makes good cartoony videogames... Let's make them work on a realistic-looking first person shooter"
Activision executives, ladies and gentlemen.
English

@charlieINTEL if i got my hands on a dev called 'toys for bob', the last thing id think (when i saw their last games being crash and spyro, and skylanders) would be 'yeah lets make these dudes make call of duty shit'.
woulda put em on bringing back pitfal or something. woulda been amazing!
English

@OnePlayer480 @xfinafiregaming @charlieINTEL CB4 didn't underperform at all.
Activision expected it to sell as much as COD, which is an entirely different conversation (and something that shows that Activision executives had a very distorted sense of reality).
English

@xfinafiregaming @charlieINTEL Crash 4 underperformed and they got shafted into a CoD support studio for years.
It could happen again if Spyro doesn't do well btw.
English

@beyondergods @OmniZanza @UnknownWolf141 @charlieINTEL Just look at Jak & Daxter: The first game was clearly a spiritual successor for Crash and the other games had the worst identity crisis ever, being pretty much genre salads, leaving the cartoony aspect behind and going for darker stuff. And then, they left the franchise to die.
English

@beyondergods @OmniZanza @UnknownWolf141 @charlieINTEL I don't doubt that Insomniac would make an awesome Spyro if given the chance, considering the love they're still giving to Ratchet & Clank, but I none if the people who made the Crash games is currently in ND today. They moved on from cartoony games.
English

@OmniZanza @UnknownWolf141 @charlieINTEL This! It was Universal's, just like Crash. They made a partnership for exclusive games but the very moment that contract was over, they went multiplatform (Hell, there's even Nintendo exclusive Crash & Spyro games released not too long after their PS1 trilogies)
English

@MarcelineAQueen That's where the portable extractors come in handy.
Lose a couple of matches so the matchmaking puts you with lower level players and some bots.
Extract it when you reach Lv.3 or 4 and/or there's less than 20~10 players left.
Equip it again to finish leveling up in a fresh match.
English

@UnknownWolf141 @charlieINTEL First of all, false. Activision owns the IP and Microsoft owns Activision so they can hire any studio they want (like TFB here) to make games out of it.
Second, Sony isn't particularly known for keeping their cartoony platformer IPs alive.
English

@charlieINTEL Activision not even own this IP that should be returned back to Sony for insomniac Games.

@DEADPOOL300113 @ero_qt @hdzfabs @xaviersonline_ "... If it was about games people cared about"
Here's the thing: Legislators (people who decide if the cause should win) probably don't care about ANY game AT ALL, so it's the same if they're shutting down a 3 game or a 9 game.
English

@ero_qt @hdzfabs @xaviersonline_ my point was the landslide would be easier if it was about games people cared about. trust me i'm not making up anything. you choose to ignore that a lot of these games were bad and no one cared. look at those amazing scores. clearly fan favorites. espessially that 4.1

Lego sacrificing their public image so the Stop Killing Games lawsuit can win in a landslide

@GalacticHW @ManaByte There's a difference between putting someone cooking in the background, where they can get away with some vague movements of chopping or stirring.
But if you put the cooking sequence as the most important thing on screen (or ONLY thing like this case) you may want to do it right.
English

@GalacticHW @ManaByte Well, that's because the actual game took the time and effort to make the narrative, camera and gameplay as a whole focus on that specific action.
The least they could do is get said showcased sequence right.
English

@NxpsterGaming @MissFushiGaming Oh, 100%.
But that doesn't mean that for some people who spent their whole childhoods/adolescence rewinding cassettes manually, that minigame won't feel like the 3 fingers scene in Inglorious Basterds.
Of course it's not a serious problem with the game, just a funny mistake.
English

I mean my experience is chilling, listening to music, a cool friends novel and some 90s nostalgia - that’s all, also 99% of the people trashing the game haven’t even played it.
I just don’t understand the overwhelming negative reaction of some people as if someone slapped their kids or something, its ridiculous
English

I decided to test the Mixtape rewind animation.
It doesn’t work. That’s the wrong direction to rewind a tape. If you keep doing it you’ll damage the magnetic film.
Claudio Bizama@Claxle
@ChristinaTasty Since no one is sharing the video, here it is. Everything is wrong with this scene. That's not how tape works
English

@NxpsterGaming @MissFushiGaming I'm not overreacting to anything, lol.
I just find it funny that it's the thing they focused so deeply on in the game, to the point of putting in the title, and they got it wrong, lol.
But yeah, people hating it for "lack of gameplay" are clearly never played a visual novel.
English

@LuchoComix @MissFushiGaming There’s nothing wrong to bring it up you are all overreacting it’s a fucking 4 hour long video game fucking chill lol
English

@NxpsterGaming @MissFushiGaming Okay, what are YOU doing to help kids in the US to read? What's even the point of bringing that up?
We're talking about lack of attention to detail in a scene that calls for attention to detail.
The whole point of zooming into something is to show it, why do it wrong?
English
