@HMRCcustomers Good afternoon! I went to check & found I didn’t need to do a self assessment and was also due a refund. This was dated in August with a note to say if I didn’t request the refund online I would be sent a cheque. I didn’t receive a cheque so how can I request this is paid online?

@Devoucoux why am I being ignored when I am trying to track a saddle you have had since October and I was told had been shipped in November but no tracking number? No response at all when I try to contact you. I am in the UK and I will keep this up in a daily basis.

9:47 am in #Kyiv Morning from Ukraine! The night tried hard to be calm here. We had one short alert (I didn't hear it). Missiles were on their 'walk'. Air defense shot down 4 out of 6. Unfortunately, an industrial facility in a village in Poltava oblast (neighboring to Kyiv oblast) was hit. 2 killed and 5 wounded. People were on their night shift. I had #warcoffee and am ready to live life. Oh, what the war has taught me is to live life.

@ripx4nutmeg We have to remember we were reading this in the context of expecting a problem. The OP clearly wasn’t and was caught out by it. However, because she shared this story, it means next time someone will react more firmly and the deviant will get pushed out.
