@44orr Nice research! Have you also looked at those that are locally listed or in conservation area appraisals? That kind of features (sign posts are another one) have sometimes not made the National list but are equally significant.

Site visits this week were a travel back in time with great views; from Charborough Estate and its tower, a 30m high, 1839 concrete folly, to @nationaltrust Hambledon Hill, an Iron Age hill fort.
