Hello mate I'm hoping you maybe able to assist I'm head of maintenance at a care home in Devon and I have a resident who turns 100 this year He's ex tankie and doesn't have his medal that he earned A colleague and I are busy sorting that and have applied for it. We took him to the local rememberance last year which was his first actual trip outside the home in years. He's a good bloke and we'd like to look after him

@HuwSayer Same here. I had far more sweets than there were trick-or-treaters so I told them to take three or four each. To a child they carefully selected just three, having checked with their parents that it was okay to do so.

Wonderful seeing so many youngsters in Mulbarton politely trick or treating this evening, carefully taking one chocolate each from a large tub of heroes, rather than grabbing fistfuls. Brilliant costumes too including mini Darth Vaders, cute little werewolves and a wobbly T-Rex.
