The plat, at that time, included literally everything what I wanted. Plats in that period were not as convoluted as they are now.
I was using them in the Ultra Vegito blue meta well into Festival that year, they were doing just fine.

Slot 3 needs to be something along the line of When entering the battlefield or via tag switching: Get 30 Ki and Draw a Blast card next +1 Card Draw Speed for 5 counts I don't expect too much of a powerup but this would help them a bit.
