I have made the difficult decision to strike today. I qualified in ‘22 and already feel immense frustration at the broken system I am positioned within. We need change for our schools, CYP, and workforce because this isn’t sufficient or sustainable. #SaveOurServices #twittereps

I'll never forget my first Ofsted lesson observation, as an NQT, when they said I couldn't rely on this level of energy to engage and enthuse my class as it would diminish as I got older. I hope they get to watch this, 20 years later. 🤔

1/2 #therapeuticeducation Last week a boy came in to @GloucesterHous3 low in mood & feeling sick. He lay down on the sofa, refusing all care - food, water, ice chips. I gave him a blanket & offered to read him a story. He said ‘I don’t care’ so I read to him. Today in debrief
