Malgré une sortie positive sur PS5 le 7 avril, Starfield provoque la colère des joueurs francophones à cause de son nouveau DLC, Terran Armada, qui ne comporte pas de doublage en VF. Une incompréhension totale pour les fans, d'autant plus que les voix françaises sont présentes dans le jeu de base et dans le DLC Shattered Space, ce qui vient complètement casser l'immersion quand on joue avec les voix françaises. Ce qui ne passe pas, c'est que la page Steam indiquait que le contenu serait bel et bien doublé, mais la mention semble avoir été retirée le 8 avril. Une pratique qui commence à devenir récurrente du côté des jeux Microsoft, puisque Forza Horizon 6 se trouve dans la même situation, comme ce fut le cas aussi du remaster de The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion.
