I want to share that I will be exploring new opportunities in esports. I’m very proud of what I and we have accomplished during my journey at Godsent with very little resources. Last couple of years I’ve helped the new generation and the next generation of players in Sweden to have the ability to succeed on their own. I’m very grateful for all the players I’ve trained. Thank you to all the players, staff in Godsent and everyone that has helped and cheered for me and my teams. You know who you are! Retweets appreciated. DM is open! Thanks!

NIP CS fans, lovers, and haters! It was a while ago I replied to your questions and thoughts, so here we go with a hopefully enlightening tweet that can help you better understand the world of NIP CS, what THREAT, Xizt & co. are cooking, and explain more about our decisions. This tweet will be about: - No Swedes in NIP, Swedish CS, NIP Svea. - “MisteM is the future”, explaining the components of a transfer window. - “On top 2025” meme. No Swedes in NIP and Swedish CS: In many ways I think Swedish CS is on the right path, there are a lot of smart and experienced people making good decisions for us to thrive in the future. We still have a long way to go compared to the good old golden days, but there are a lot of positives. If you look just a few years back, NIP was the only real option for a player to join a full Swedish pro team. Now, that has changed, we have a lot of Swedish teams and projects, EYEBALLERS, Alliance, GODSENT, Metizport, Johnny Speeds, Lilmix, Kappa Bar, 9INE, and more. This allows NIP to take a new role in the Swedish CS ecosystem. The way we look at it - we could focus on helping 5 Swedish CS players by having them in our main team. This is often what fans seem to see as “NIP being Swedish” or “helping Swedish CS”. With all these new great teams around which I mentioned above, we don’t think this is the best way we can help out anymore. We think the absolutely best way we can help Swedish CS is by NIP being the best in the world. If, when, NIP is one of the best CS teams in the world, winning trophies and creating new history, then our muscles and possibilities to help Swedish CS are stronger and greater. The better and bigger NIP are on the global CS scene, the more partners, resources, staff, and support we can bring back into the Swedish CS ecosystem. Swedish CS needs a Swedish organisation on the very top internationally, and this is what we want to become, this is how we believe we can best help Swedish CS. We’re very, very happy that we have all the other great Swedish teams which allows us to take this new approach, and again, the better we do, the more we can help Swedish CS. “Why would you do that?” some of you might ask, well because we’re a Swedish organisation with majority Swedes working in the NIP CS division. If you don’t trust me, please do trust the old legends in Xizt, THREAT, and f0rest. Xizt with the input of THREAT is deciding who plays on the main roster, f0rest is back supporting NIP because he believes that we’re doing what’s right for NIP and Swedish CS in the long run. When it comes to NIP Svea, we’ve put it on ice for now. It simply became one thing too many, people might think NIP CS have unlimited staff and time but that’s not the case, NIP Svea and similar projects are purely ran on passion and a drive to help Swedish CS, however lately it’s been too much and many of us have been close to burning ourselves completely trying to fix everything at once, so we have to take one thing at the time. Getting the main team back on track will indirectly help NIP Svea, or a similar setup, come back to life in an even better shape. We’ll keep you updated on this one, one of the best things that NIP Svea gave us was Zitte who’s now promoted to the coach for Young Ninjas! "MisteM is the future": I've seen some of you referring to a tweet I made a few months back talking about "MisteM being the future", and asking if it wasn't genuine as we this last transfer window replaced him. To explain how we ended up with replacing MisteM even though we still believe he is the future, we have to go into details of how transfers work in CS. The hardest part about building and maintaining a successful CS team is not about stats, roles, positions, buyouts, contract lengths, or player contract negotiations. The hardest part is people, and relationships. Unfortunately, people and relationships are the part fans and people outside of a team see and get to know the least about. This often, also in traditional sports, causes a lot of frustration and confusion from fans. "How could they let X go, look at X stats!" or "How couldn't they sign Y, it was an obvious pickup", people, relationships and social dynamics that aren't visible from the outside can often, not always, but often be an answer to these frustrations. It doesn't have to be about any big drama, but we're all human and we all have colleagues/classmates we prefer to work with more, and some less, that's just the way it works. To make an example why this is a huge deal in a CS roster compared to other sports: The social aspect is much more important in CS compared to for example football, in football you're +20 players in a squad. In such a big group you can have different social cliques, a team could still work well even if a defender and an attacker aren't getting along, they only meet for practice a few hours per day, they are on the opposite sides of a football pitch, and they barely have to communicate with each other even while doing their job. While in CS, you have 5 guys spending +8 hours a day verbally communicating under pressure with each other, while having very little room for error at all times. That's a group that has to socially work very well together, believe in each other, and want to play with each other, to be successful. So keeping that in mind, the next important part to explain, which is tightly connected to social aspects and a huge factor in signing players - package deals. Package deals are very common in CS, especially the better players you want to go for. Simply put, during a transfer window it’s a lot of “I will sign and join your team if X also comes”, and when you talk to X he says “Interesting, I can join if Y comes”. Pimp talked about this yesterday in a tweet, calling it “great talent attracts great talent” and mentioning how the community often fails to take this into account [when trying to understand roster moves], I completely agree with him on this one. This literal team building exercise is like creating a complex puzzle, and on top of this many other teams are trying to put their puzzles together and you all want to use the same pieces. Now that you have this context, back to MisteM, the simple answer is that we still think he’s extremely promising and is “the future”, but the great players we discussed contracts with wanted a more experienced IGL with a proven track record, with titles and achievements, which is where Snappi comes in. Snappi has been great so far, and we’re super happy he’s with us. And for MisteM, he’ll go back to Young Ninjas and we’ll work with him and figure out the best way for him to get more experience and achievements, to allow him to show to the world and players out there how good of an IGL and a leader he is. On top 2025: I don’t have too much to say about this, we mainly laugh about it, because it’s been misused and misunderstood - which is just the downside of being transparent, what you say will and can be used against you, twisted and turned! The point still stands, THREAT and I discussed already +1 year ago about the complications with the new ecosystem that would come in 2025. We knew it would be the wild west, and that to avoid this chaos you HAD to “be on top in January 2025”. It was a statement, it was a fact, but here we are living in the chaos of it and doing everything we can to get out of this. — I will try to be more active on twitter again to reply to your questions and thoughts, but I have to admit during the darkest time and the most negative comments - the hate got to me! I do fully understand NIP fans that have been waiting for years for some success, I know that feeling as a fan myself. But, unfortunately, the people working on fixing this now can’t change the past. We can’t change if it’s been 1 year, 5 years or 7 years. We can only do what we think is best to fix this going forward, and after +1 year of hard work we’ve built enough trust and belief in our setup that we now have a really competitive roster on paper that just has to get through these first months of grinding Valve points. We will get there, we have to, and I would love it if you want to stay with us as we continue on this journey. #GONINJAS 🥷

I want to clarify how the 1,250,000 USD funding for each PGL CS2 Tier 1 event is distributed. For the past 7-8 years, Counter-Strike had an unusual prize structure — one part for teams, another labeled as the “regular prize pool,” which, from my understanding, mostly went to players. I never really understood why it was structured this way. In this industry, unless a prize explicitly states "team," "club," "organization prize," or "participation incentive," it's assumed to go to the players. We do things differently. Instead of splitting funds across different categories, everything goes into a single payment to the organization. Teams will receive the full amount, based solely on performance, within two weeks of the event. It’s up to the organizations to decide how they use the money, whether for salaries, team development, recruiting, or operations. PGL is not going to dictate how teams should allocate their earnings. There are no complicated structures, no unnecessary requirements, just a fair system. We do not force organizations to compete in most of our events in order to be rewarded. We focus on delivering top-tier events, and we appreciate everyone who enjoys them. I've been playing Counter-Strike since 2000. This game means a lot to me, and ever since PGL was founded, I've always done things my way, the way I believed things would work, by always making the decisions that i thought will push this community forward. Nothing will ever change that.
