Daniel got important clarifications from NVIDIA. TLDR: the "DLSS5 skeptical" were right about *everything*.
1⃣ It's a 2D AI Filter. Input is only color buffer & motion vectors. The model doesn't see geometry, lights, PBR properties, normals, anything🧵

Zelda Botw and Totk have in fact GREAT graphics. So do most other Nintendo games (NOT Gamefreak games mind you).

he saw the iPhone 17e and immediately went “why does it only have one camera? is that like an iPhone 6 or something?”

Initial thoughts on the Galaxy S26+
- Excellent battery; ~8hr SOT avg
- Screen is fantastic, brighter than my Fold7, and higher res.
- Cameras aren't as bad as you think.
- Software saves this device from mediocrity.
- Violet colour is so pretty!
