Luggiewatch AGM last night had a surprise for our member Rudy Shannon. He was presented with Keep Scotland Beautiful's 'Hero Of The Month' Award by Heather McLaughlin. Heather is a Campaigns Officer with KSB and works on a range of projects in the Community Projects team.
