I haven't seen this many haymakers thrown since Portland back in the day.
You absolutely MUST watch until the end when a guy in a red jacket challenges him and gets slept with one punch.
KCP Racing Tabs Emerson Axsom as New Driver For Remainder of 2025
PETERSEN MEDIA: With Gio Scelzi vacating the seat of the KCP Racing No. 18 last week, the team is moving forward and has named Franklin, Indiana’s Emerson Axsom as the new driver for the remainder of the 2025 season.
“First and foremost I am extremely thankful to everyone involved with the Klassmeyer-Petry Motorsports team for the opportunity they provided me in helping me get to this point,” Axsom said. “We built the team in hopes something like this would happen, and to get the call from Matt Barbara and KCP Racing is a testament to how we have performed, and the KPM guys are in full support of me making this move.”
After Eldora, the KCP Racing team headed to Pennsylvania to regroup, and they are set to make their first start of the year with Axsom on Wednesday night at the BAPS Motor Speedway, where they will rejoin the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series.
Following BAPS, the team plans to continue their season with the series as they head to Williams Grove Speedway for the Summer Nationals and cap the weekend off at Weedsport Speedway on Sunday night.
Axsom enters the KCP Racing stable amidst a strong season to date which includes a feature event win at Eldora back in June during Ohio Sprint Speedweek and numerous Top-Five results over the country.
“I am excited for the opportunity with KCP Racing and to finish out the season with the World of Outlaws,” Axsom added. “It will be challenging at times getting to some new places, but I’m confident we will be able to adapt and have some good runs.”
ON TAP: Axsom and KCP Racing debut together on Wednesday night at BAPS Motor Speedway.
