Lunotriquetral Ligament Tear 🩻✨ Dynamic stress ultrasound with lunotriquetral ballottement 🤲 shows a defect that was not initially visible due to the close apposition of the torn ends 🔍. The gap only becomes clear once separated through dynamic exploration ⚡. In this case, a defect of the dorsal band is demonstrated 🎯. Adjacent focal synovitis 🔥 acts as a marker, alerting us that something is happening here and reminding us to raise our suspicion 🚨 — encouraging the use of stress maneuvers to unmask the lesion. 💪 #mskrad
