@AngelOz_z @valonsofr The whole discourse is just stupid. I don’t even know why this is a thing. I was born in Queretaro Mexico but now live in the US and you don’t see me complaining about it. Only on the internet this issue would be a thing lol

@Luiscwhat @valonsofr naci en Jalisco to an old school mexican american Dad and Mexican mom from a rancho bro, yeah most things mexicans say about pochos is just teasing them but the fact that this is a whole discourse does imply different sensibilities between them

At this point, mexicanoids want pochos to be PhD level experts in Mexican culture, politics, history, and societal issues in order to call ourselves Mexican, things the average Mexican themselves know little to nothing about, btw. We also constantly need to be expressing our appreciation for Mexican culture and only engage with Mexican culture. We also still have to give them our hand me down clothes and send them money every month.

I’ve noticed how a lot people from outside of the U.S reference Mexican American creators and figures to represent “Mexicans” more so than ones from Mexico Interesting🥤

@nixonigga @MrWizzleOnline @AWAICstan Then just to find out they a not Mexican but Guatemalan or some other Hispanics. They do the same thing. Imagine assuming this person was a Mexican without any proof. That’s like calling a Japanese Chinese 🤣

@AngelOz_z @valonsofr Nah you are just being petty and a crybaby about it. Only on the internet you kids get mad about it. Asking an actual Mexican from Mexico and they go like I don’t care.

@valonsofr nah, not being a no sabo is more of a vibe, pochos just need to stop being self-referential weebs that overomanticize a place they don't even like to go to.

@LuigiX9X @SynestraaGames Yeah cause I was born in Queretaro. I know a lot of Mexicans who rather stick to not learning English. But the translation for x is what started getting people from different countries clashing and the controversy started.

@Luiscwhat @SynestraaGames Yeah some of them don’t. A LOT of them do my guy, especially those who live in border cities. They’re taught English in school and most of them learn because it’s required in a lot of jobs. Mexican flag in your name yet you have an outdated opinion like this, lmao.

Does make me sad to see so many Mexican Nationals hate on Mexican Americans, when we grew up with the culture, language and can become a Mexican national easily, but will praise random white Europeans for appreciating Mexican food 😅😭
🇲🇽POVMEXICO@POVMexico

Who’s more Mexican? 🇲🇽 A) Mexican American who grew up speaking Spanish, raised by Mexican parents, visiting Mexico, can easily obtain Mexican citizenship B) Robert Pattinson drinking a michelada

@SynestraaGames I mean people don’t usually care when I was in Mexico but in Queretaro. They are usually more friendly there. It’s usually the internet where this hate comes from.

@Luiscwhat Maybe more widespread now…when I was younger, my cousins in Mexico City thought that Mexican Americans thought that they were all that, and we had to clarify nah, we love our culture 😭 maybe just propaganda/misconceptions?

@LuigiX9X @SynestraaGames Actual Mexicans who live in Mexico? Someof them no. You think they care about learning English? If anything they Google Translate what you are saying. There are some who know English.
