Maybe I’m late to this… But switching from 720p → 480p increases my SeeDance budget by at least 57%. Basically: 2 runs instead of 1. Way more room for trial & error, prompt testing, and learning. I can go back to high res later. The video below was generated in 480p and upscaled.

only stuff actually moving the needle for me right now (running 300k/mo brand): 1. ditch claude and gpt for meta ad insights. manus is better. opus 4.7 got nerfed hard, gpt 5.5 misses context. manus is slightly more expensive and worth every cent 2. perplexity for research. nothing else comes close. stopped opening google for work stuff months ago 3. glimpse for angle validation. we printed money on a plantar fascia angle until it died, glimpse showed us the next 3 adjacent problems to test. game changer for ecom (you can see what people are googling) 4. if you not doing Ai ads, start asap, i mean organic content is still goated but in my bubble it has been insane results, from 5% avg CTR to 11% avg and CRV still same 3-4%, we are using kubflow for ads, go there get free trial and do tutorial just to get idea how ai ads are done stop sleeping on this stuff

Controversial opinion: Your brand's "aesthetic" is holding you back. Consistent branding matters. But what matters MORE is testing at volume. The brands winning right now aren't precious about their creative. They're launching 50+ variations and letting the algorithm decide. Ugly ads that convert > beautiful ads that don't. Stop treating every ad like a gallery piece. Start treating them like experiments.

biggest mistake i see in ai ads right now people prompt the WHAT but not the HOW "a man drinks coffee" gets you generic stock footage energy "slow push-in on a man, steam rising, he closes his eyes on first sip" gets you a commercial camera move + sensory detail. that's the whole game
