@matt_nylen41 What I don't understand is why I can directly buy the same iPad and the same app and the same case for under $1,000. But if I get it from the healthcare place it will cost me over $8,000.

@LukeBK If it's for people for disabilities, it's gonna cost a lot more. When I was younger and in school I used to have a device that I could use to speak. But now, years ago I found an app that only cost $80, and I just use my notes app, if they don't understand me.
