7. With the rise in work from home, we should expect more fines/cases of this sort in the future, as the smoke-filled rooms of yesteryear do not represent cartel operations today. (End)

5. What inferences could be drawn in a criminal cartel trial in Ireland, where the potential main source of evidence proving the new mens rea of cartel crime has been destroyed (unless backed up and could be retrieved).
