I hope you love yourself, and I hope you love this record like I do.

But sometimes I start writing something, and I get so attached to the feeling and experience of a song that I can’t help but paint it into a sound to show people. Lockeland is me painting the story of where I am now as a person and songwriter.

My new album, Lockeland, is out now.  I made it in my garage, in my studio, in my neighborhood, and in my heart with some of my dearest friends over the past few years.  Sometimes I write songs for other people.

Rewatched Oppenheimer this weekend and it’s gonna sweep 🧹 the Oscars like there’s no tomorrow. Far from the best IMO but it’s so in the Academy’s comfort zone. It truly does deserve best score though.
