Small issue with yours right at the end, you just gotta change "Media" to "Ringtone" but other than that :)

-> Automations
-> When Alarm goes off
-> Set volume to 100%

Change “Media” to Ringtone
Change 50% to 100%
Then hit save in the top right and you’re done 🙏

@RhysSullivan Mine is literally on this setting, toggled off, and still the volume buttons need setting to max to hear the alarm. So it doesn’t even work!!
