My JUCO Story and what you can learn from it:

If you are going JUCO realize that - You will face distractions - You will have days you want to quit - It will be one of the hardest things you do - There will be long nights and early mornings In the end, it will be all worth it

I know someone who gained 30+lbs in JUCO They did it by - Eating a lot of food That's it, just eat more

Learn to say NO to - Everything that doesn't align with your goals - Actions that future you would not regret missing out on - Clouding your judgement with hype and FOMO instead say YES to - Challenges that will better you - Spreading goodwill - Improving your body and mind

To those who did not sign yesterday, stop feeling bad about yourself I didn't sign either in high school You have 5 options: - Wait out for an offer (unlikely) - PWO - JUCO - Prep-School - Stop playing and focus on school None of these are wrong, make the best choice for you
