@FanDuel Before Mark Few, the only reason anyone had heard of Gonzaga at all is because of John Stockton. Spokane is nice depending on your lifestyle, but it’s not a desirable location for young athletes with NIL money to burn.

@SlimSparty @IainMacBets I think it depends how much you want to factor in injuries. The current Gonzaga team is probably a 7-10 seed. But the team with Braden Huff that won all those nonconference games is good enough to be a 3-seed for sure.
It's possible he'll be able to play soon, so 🤷🏽♂️

Very interested in the precedent Miami has set going forward - what if mid majors dont actually have to schedule good teams? What if you just schedule a bunch of trash and win your games? This year has told us you can get the court of public opinion on your side.

@sullymygoodname An example that comes to mind is 2011-12 Murray St. The Racers ultimately won the OVC tournament but absolutely would have been an at-large lock thanks to a tough noncon schedule even if they had lost, despite a bad regular season loss to Tennessee State (KP #168).
