Ran a query on a market question I have been sitting on for two weeks. The output covered angles I had not even considered. Not because the AI is smarter than me. Because five different perspectives working on the same question in parallel surface things that a single line of reasoning cannot. This is why the architecture matters at @SwarmBase. It is not a feature. It is the whole point

The DeepSeek moment should have changed how people think about AI. A model trained at a fraction of the cost matching the best in the world on multiple benchmarks. The lesson was not that China caught up. The lesson was that scale is not the answer. The next meaningful jump in what AI can do for people is going to come from smarter coordination between models. That is where I am focused right now.

Everyone talks about AI like it is one thing. One model, one answer, one perspective. That is not how the best decisions get made. The most important thing I have learned working in this space is that intelligence multiplies when you coordinate it. That is the entire premise behind what we are building and the more I explain it to people the more obvious it becomes that nobody has done this properly yet.

Just wrapped our first live session and I am genuinely fired up about what we are building. We got into the real state of AI right now. Why the model arms race is hitting a ceiling. Why throwing more compute at a single model is not the answer anymore. And why multi-agent architecture is the thing nobody is talking about loudly enough yet. SwarmBase has figured out something that the biggest AI companies in the world are sleeping on. Five specialized agents working in parallel, each with a different role, synthesizing into an output that no single model can touch. It is a fundamentally different approach and once you use it you cannot go back. What surprised me most tonight was the community. The level of understanding in that room, the quality of the questions, the people who are already deep in on this. This is not a casual crowd. The people around SwarmBase right now are serious and they showed up tonight. We are doing this every week. Next session is a full product breakdown. Follow @SwarmBase and do not miss it.

Going live soon with our CMO, Luke Nancarrow. Be ready to join on Sunday, March 15 at 12:00 UTC: x.com/i/spaces/1oKMv… Luke is going to break down what is actually happening in AI right now. Everyone is watching the model arms race. OpenAI, Google, Elon, DeepSeek. Billions of dollars, better benchmarks, bigger parameters. And most people are missing the more important story underneath all of it. Single-model AI is hitting a ceiling. The benchmark scores keep climbing but the real-world usefulness is plateauing. And the reason why tells you a lot about where the actual opportunity is. Luke is going to get into all of that. The problem with how AI gets used today, why multi-agent architecture is the frontier nobody is building toward, and what that actually looks like in practice. Plus a SwarmBase update. A lot is in motion and he will be talking about what is coming. Come in, bring questions.
