Officially hit the part of August where my brain is so fried that I just tried to put on a second belt.

Family car packed and rolling on vacation, a groggy voice from the back awakens from the slumber with a query: "What if Helen Keller was in the army?" ...what if indeed.

Got a surprise visit from Yadier Molina. Must be out and about for the Cards winter warm-up.

The Big Lebowski is on Netflix until December 31. Merry Christmas.

Planning this has taken a lot of time and been a lot of fun to be part of. Excited for Eddieville to take off later this month.

Homecoming Kickoff in the quad! Definitely a 3-point toss.

Always a little weird to go back to Hyland Arena. Throw in sitting in the stands next to good dude @jamesonadams16 wearing LU duds and @Tom_Wagganer yelling at me for wearing SIUE, it all feels a little upside down. Thanks to Lisa for emotional support.

For what feels like the 10th year in a row, the high jumpers at our club had a very successful home meet to end the summer. There are two major lessons that I take away from the success being so constant at this specific meet
